DOCKS and Boating




  • Dock permits are available to cabin association members on a first come first served basis. Below is the list of current permit holders and the waiting list. When a dock permit becomes available, it will be assigned to the first person on the dock waiting list.
  • The cabin association has been granted 39 dock permits by the Corps of Engineers. These permits are a privilege, and we must respect certain rules in order to keep the permits. The Corps of Engineers/Garrison Creek Association has the power to take-away our permits.
  • Below are the Dock Permit Policy, Dock/Mooring Post Agreement and the Shoreline Management Plan from Garrison Creek Cottage Owners Association and the Army Corps of Engineers.
