The association was formed in 1974 for the purpose of bettering and improving services, facilities and aesthetic values of the cottage site. Annual meeting minutes and other important documents are available at this website.
2026 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, June 20th. Coffee and donuts will be offered starting at 10:30 AM and the General Membership Meeting will be held from 11am to 12pm. Location is Keith & Lori Knutson's Shop - 1283 42nd Ave NW, Garrison, ND.
Board of Directors Meetings are generally scheduled on the 3rd Thursday of the respective month. In 2026, they are scheduled for May 21, June 18, July 16, and August 20 and are held from 7-9 pm. Meeting place will be at Marty & Ladona Malachowski's home - 1279 41X NW
